PreferredPartner Announces Acquisition of Pacific Design Engineering

Acquisition Extends Seamless Software Offerings for Consumers

INDIANAPOLIS, IN - October 1, 2009 - PreferredPartner, an IBM Premiere Business Partner, announced today the acquisition of Pacific Design Engineering (PDE), a leading IT consulting firm with extensive expertise in networking, software development, database applications, large-scale information storage and retrieval systems, system installation, and brokerages and online trading systems.

Based in Pleasanton, California, PDE is a strategic addition to PreferredPartner's software solutions enterprise.
